১. সেবা
Mguard হলো মোবাইল ফোনের দোকানের জন্য কিস্তি ব্যবস্থাপনা ও ফোন-লক সার্ভিস (Admin Panel, সার্ভার ও Android অ্যাপ)। সফটওয়্যারটি ব্যবহার করে বা অ্যাকাউন্ট/লাইসেন্স নিয়ে আপনি এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও লাইসেন্স
সাবস্ক্রিপশন মাসিক/মেয়াদভিত্তিক; মেয়াদ শেষ হলে নবায়ন না করা পর্যন্ত সেবা সীমিত বা বন্ধ থাকবে। লগইন তথ্য গোপন রাখা ও আপনার ইউজারদের কাজের দায়িত্ব আপনার।
৩. যা করা যাবে না
আইনবিরোধী কাজ, অন্যের তথ্য অনুমতি ছাড়া রাখা, সফটওয়্যার ভাঙা/রিভার্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, লাইসেন্স ব্যবস্থা এড়ানো বা আমাদের সার্ভারে আক্রমণ করা যাবে না।
৪. আপনার তথ্যের মালিকানা
আপনার ব্যবসা/প্রতিষ্ঠানের তথ্যের মালিক আপনি। আপনার গ্রাহক/কর্মী/শিক্ষার্থীর তথ্য রাখার আগে তাদের জানানো ও প্রয়োজনীয় সম্মতি নেওয়া আপনার দায়িত্ব।
৫. ব্যাকআপ
নিয়মিত ব্যাকআপ নেওয়া জরুরি। কম্পিউটার নষ্ট, ভাইরাস বা ভুল মুছে ফেলার কারণে হারানো তথ্যের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই, তবে উদ্ধারে সাধ্যমতো সাহায্য করব।
৬. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
দাম ওয়েবসাইট বা চুক্তিতে লেখা থাকে। পেমেন্ট bKash, ব্যাংক বা অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়েতে নেওয়া হয়। রিফান্ডের নিয়ম আলাদা রিফান্ড পলিসিতে আছে।
৭. আপডেট ও সাপোর্ট
আমরা সময়ে সময়ে আপডেট দিতে পারি। সাপোর্ট ফোন, WhatsApp ও ইমেইলে কর্মদিবসে দেওয়া হয়।
৮. দায় সীমা
সফটওয়্যার “যেমন আছে” ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয়। আইনে যতটুকু অনুমোদিত, কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি বা ব্যবসায়িক লোকসানের জন্য আমাদের দায় আপনার শেষ ১২ মাসে পরিশোধিত টাকার বেশি হবে না।
৯. সেবা বন্ধ
শর্ত ভঙ্গ করলে বা বকেয়া থাকলে আমরা সেবা স্থগিত করতে পারি। আপনি যেকোনো সময় ব্যবহার বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
১০. আইন
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত; বিরোধ হলে আগে আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমাধানের চেষ্টা হবে, তারপর বাগেরহাটের আদালতের এখতিয়ার।

Mguard — Terms of Service

1. Service
Mguard is an installment-management and phone-lock service for mobile phone shops (admin panel, server and Android app). By using the software or creating an account/licence you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and licence
Subscriptions are monthly/term-based; when a term ends without renewal the service is limited or stopped. You must keep your login details secret and are responsible for your users' actions.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, storing others' data without permission, cracking/reverse-engineering, bypassing the licence system or attacking our servers.
4. Your data
You own your business/institution data. You must inform your customers/employees/students and obtain any required consent before storing their data.
5. Backups
Regular backups are essential. We are not liable for data lost through hardware failure, viruses or accidental deletion, but we will help recover it where we can.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our website or in your agreement. Payment is taken via bKash, bank or an approved payment gateway. Refunds follow the separate Refund Policy.
7. Updates and support
We may release updates from time to time. Support is provided by phone, WhatsApp and email on working days.
8. Limitation of liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any indirect damage or business loss is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Suspension
We may suspend the service for breach of these terms or unpaid dues. You can stop using it at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh; disputes will first be resolved by discussion, then by the courts of Bagerhat.
