Mguard হলো মোবাইল ফোনের দোকানের জন্য কিস্তি ব্যবস্থাপনা ও ফোন-লক সার্ভিস (Admin Panel, সার্ভার ও Android অ্যাপ)। এটি তৈরি ও পরিচালনা করে এআই সফট বিডি (AI Soft BD) — মালিক: মোঃ আরিফ বিল্লা। ট্রেড লাইসেন্স নং ০৩৯২৯, মোংলা পোর্ট পৌরসভা। ঠিকানা: হোল্ডিং ০০২, জিয়া সড়ক, মোংলা-৯৩৫০, বাগেরহাট, বাংলাদেশ। এই পলিসিতে বলা আছে আমরা কী তথ্য রাখি, কেন রাখি এবং আপনার অধিকার কী।
১. কী তথ্য রাখা হয়
- দোকান মালিক ও স্টাফের নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেইল ও পাসওয়ার্ড (হ্যাশ করা)।
- ক্রেতার নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ঠিকানা, পরিচয়পত্রের তথ্য (দোকান যা দেয়), কিস্তির পরিমাণ ও পরিশোধের রেকর্ড।
- বিক্রি হওয়া ফোনের তথ্য: মডেল, IMEI/ডিভাইস আইডি, লক/আনলক অবস্থা, অ্যাপ শেষবার কখন সার্ভারে যোগাযোগ করেছে।
- দোকান চালু করলে ফোনের আনুমানিক অবস্থান (location) — শুধু কিস্তি আদায় ও চুরি/হারানো ফোন খোঁজার জন্য।
২. কেন ব্যবহার করি
- সফটওয়্যারের কাজ চালাতে (হিসাব, রিপোর্ট, নোটিফিকেশন)।
- লাইসেন্স যাচাই, সাপোর্ট ও সমস্যা সমাধানে।
- নিরাপত্তা রক্ষা ও অপব্যবহার ঠেকাতে।
- আইন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজন হলে।
৩. তথ্য কোথায় থাকে
তথ্য আমাদের সার্ভারে (VPS) রাখা হয় এবং সব যোগাযোগ এনক্রিপ্টেড (HTTPS)। পাসওয়ার্ড হ্যাশ করে রাখা হয়।
৪. কার সাথে শেয়ার হয়
আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না এবং বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য ব্যবহার করি না। শুধু সার্ভিস চালাতে যা দরকার — যেমন SMS গেটওয়ে, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে (bKash/SSLCommerz), হোস্টিং — তাদের কাছে প্রয়োজনীয় অংশটুকু যায়। আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা থাকলে কর্তৃপক্ষকে দিতে হতে পারে।
৫. এই সফটওয়্যারের বিশেষ বিষয়
- Mguard অ্যাপ ফোনে Device Owner হিসেবে ইনস্টল হয়, তাই কিস্তি বাকি থাকলে দোকান ফোন লক করতে পারে এবং অ্যাপ সহজে মোছা যায় না।
- ফোন বিক্রির আগে ক্রেতাকে লক করার নিয়ম স্পষ্টভাবে জানিয়ে লিখিত সম্মতি নেওয়া দোকানের দায়িত্ব। কিস্তি পরিশোধ শেষ হলে দোকান অবশ্যই ফোন স্থায়ীভাবে মুক্ত (release) করবে।
- লক অবস্থায় জরুরি কল (৯৯৯) যাতে বন্ধ না হয়, সেভাবে সিস্টেম তৈরি; তবে ফোন মডেলভেদে আচরণ ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
- Mguard শুধু কিস্তি আদায়ের জন্য; ক্রেতার ব্যক্তিগত মেসেজ, ছবি, কল বা অন্য অ্যাপের তথ্য আমরা পড়ি না।
৬. সংরক্ষণের মেয়াদ ও মুছে ফেলা
অ্যাকাউন্ট/লাইসেন্স চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত তথ্য রাখা হয়। বন্ধ করার পর লিখিত অনুরোধ পেলে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের সার্ভার থেকে তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হয় (আইনে রাখতে বাধ্য এমন হিসাব ছাড়া)। আপনার নিজের কম্পিউটারের তথ্য আপনি নিজে মুছতে পারবেন।
৭. আপনার অধিকার
আপনি আপনার তথ্য দেখতে, ঠিক করতে, কপি নিতে বা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। নিচের ঠিকানায় যোগাযোগ করুন।
৮. পলিসি পরিবর্তন
পলিসি বদলালে এই পেজে তারিখসহ জানানো হবে; বড় পরিবর্তন হলে সফটওয়্যারের ভেতরে আবার সম্মতি নেওয়া হবে।

Mguard — Privacy Policy

Mguard is an installment-management and phone-lock service for mobile phone shops (admin panel, server and Android app). It is made and operated by AI Soft BD — proprietor: Md. Arif Billa. Trade Licence No. 03929, Mongla Port Municipality. Address: Holding 002, Jia Sorok, Mongla-9350, Bagerhat, Bangladesh. This policy explains what data is processed, why, and your rights.
1. Data we process
- Shop owner and staff name, phone, email and hashed password.
- Buyer name, phone, address, ID details provided by the shop, installment amounts and payment records.
- Sold-device details: model, IMEI/device ID, lock/unlock status and last check-in time.
- Approximate device location only if the shop enables it — used only for installment recovery and lost/stolen phones.
2. Why we use it
- To run the software (records, reports, notifications).
- For licence checks, support and troubleshooting.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
- Where required by law.
3. Where data is stored
Data is stored on our server (VPS) and all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Only what is needed to run the service goes to providers such as SMS gateways, payment gateways (bKash/SSLCommerz) and hosting. We may disclose data to authorities when legally required.
5. Specific to this product
- The Mguard app is installed as Device Owner, so the shop can lock the phone when an installment is overdue and the app cannot be removed easily.
- Before selling, the shop must clearly explain the lock rules to the buyer and take the buyer's written consent. When the installments are fully paid, the shop must permanently release the phone.
- The system is designed not to block emergency calls (999) while locked, but behaviour can vary by phone model.
- Mguard is only for installment recovery; we do not read the buyer's messages, photos, calls or other apps' data.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep data while the account/licence is active. After closure, on written request we delete it from our servers within 30 days (except records we must keep by law). Data on your own computer can be deleted by you.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Contact us using the details below.
8. Changes
We will post changes on this page with a new date; for major changes we will ask for consent again inside the software.
